You'll enjoy an open floor plan giving you an opportunity to make the most of your time with family and friends. Take your pick of regular/decaf coffee or herbal tea from the coffee bar. If available you may find some locally ground coffee. Enjoy it inside or out on the patio while deciding what to grill for dinner. Have you ever visited a house that has one pan in the kitchen. Agh! Not here. Our goal is for the kitchen to be used. You'll find knives that cut, baking sheets, a blender, and even a roasting pan. We are constantly adding more. Both bedrooms have accessible closets for hanging clothes and dressers as well. You can also control your room temperature to make your stay more comfortable. One bedroom offers a small desk and comfortable chair if you're working from home or for quiet/study time. If you decide to take a break from the beach and shopping you can grab a book, puzzle, or play some games. We're happy to host your furry friends as well. We have a fully fenced back yard. We have bowls and waste bags available.

Heating and cooling: All 3 units MUST be in the same "operation mode" to function properly and they CANNOT be set to auto. There are 3 different remotes, so you can control the temperature in each room individually as long as they are on the same mode. Please refrain from setting the units below 68°. This keeps the units from freezing up and allows us to keep our rates low during the summer months. If you're not bringing pets you're all done with house rules. Rules for pets: We do not allow cats or any animals except dogs. Maximum 2 fully trained, adult dogs are allowed. Please add your dog at the time of booking and pay the pet fee in advance. Not disclosing the number of dogs you bring will result in fines. Sorry but we do not allow puppies. Please bring a blanket and bed for your dog. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa, chairs, or beds without putting the blanket you brought down to protect the furniture. We require the dogs to be flea-free prior to entering the house. Please make sure the dog is treated for fleas prior to your visit. If your dog urinates or marks on any part of the inside of the house, please clean up immediately but also mark the spot with masking tape and let us know immediately. We will have our cleaning crew treat the spot with enzyme treatments to prevent other dogs from smelling and marking in the same spot. If your dog does damage of any kind to our property, please notify us immediately. You agree to cover all damage costs related to your dog. Lastly, please pick up the poop. We do have poop bags if you forget yours.
